We’re Moving to Cliniko

We’re pleased to let you know that Forefront Physiotherapy is moving from TM3 to Cliniko, our new clinic management and booking system.

From 13th July, Cliniko will be used exclusively for all online bookings, appointment confirmations, reminders and appointment-related communication.

This change is part of our ongoing commitment to making your experience with Forefront Physiotherapy as smooth, simple and efficient as possible. By moving to Cliniko, we aim to simplify our communication and processes, making it easier for clients to book, manage and stay updated about their appointments.

What does this mean for our clients?

You may notice that the booking page looks a little different, booking confirmations and reminders will also look slightly different from this date onwards.

When you make your first booking from Cliniko, please check your junk or spam folder and mark it as “not spam” if needed, to ensure future appointment updates arrive safely in your inbox.
